Nurliyana Binti Abdul Razak

Dr. Nurliyana Abdul Razak is a Nutrition Lecturer at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur. She obtained her PhD in Community Nutrition from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She is a member of the Nutrition Society of Malaysia (NSM) and the Malaysian Association for the Study of Obesity (MASO). She is also a committee member of the UCSI Wellbeing Research Centre. Her research interest is in maternal and infant nutrition, childhood nutrition, nutrition and cognitive performance, and sports nutrition. She has involved in a nationwide study on breakfast consumption and whole grain intake of school children in Malaysia. She has also conducted an experimental study on whole grain consumption and bowel health of university students with Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders (FGIDs).
