Professor Dr. S. M. Rezaul Karim is an Agronomist with specialization in Weed Science having teaching and research experience of more than 35 years. Prof. Karim obtained his M. Sc. Ag. in Agronomy from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh in 1981, M. Phil from University of Reading, England, UK in 1991, PhD from University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK in 1999. He is an author of five books of Weed Science and three book chapters in the same discipline. He has published more than 110 papers in reputed journals. Prof. Karim joined the University Putra Malaysia as IOI Chair on 12 November 2021.
